90 Minute Single Sessions (must have 7 or more athletes booked to schedule)
6-weeks or 12 sessions package
Single team training sessions include a comprehensive and developmentally appropriate workout will be designed to meet the specific needs of your team based on their sport, age, experience level and training goals. 7-20 Athletes @ $15 charge each athlete per session. Sessions can be held at your training facility, home field, or court. Weight training options may be available.
7-20 Athletes @ $10 charge each athlete per session for each additional athlete- maximum 30 athletes. At least 2 coaches will be present at each training session. Pre and Post Testing to monitor progress. Sessions can be held at your training facility, home field, or court. Weight training options may be available.
